Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arumbu Organic Market, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered fresh, accurate, and on time. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the cut-off time by contacting our Customer Support team via call or message.

  • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our policies, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.

  • To ensure a safe shopping experience for all our customers, accounts associated with repeated fraudulent activity or high risk may be restricted.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • If you face any issues with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support team to resolve the matter.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verifying the reported concern.

Timeframes for Raising Issues:

  • Fruits & Vegetables (Perishables): Report within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

  • Groceries, Sweets, Snacks & Non-Perishables: Report within 48 hours of delivery with product images.

  • Missing Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and eligible requests will be processed for replacement or refund within 48 hours.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, please share your bank account details or UPI ID securely via email at.

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash.

  • In certain situations, refunds may be issued as store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our platform.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products sold as packs or combos cannot be returned individually.

  • Items purchased as part of special offers or promotions may only be refunded or replaced as per the specific terms outlined for the promotion or campaign.


5. Important Notes

  • Filing a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

  • Every request will be evaluated based on the provided evidence and eligibility under this policy.

  • We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
